Working in CI investment now in their marketing team.  Using Flex, Java with MyEclipses and sybase.  I also use Quarkxpress extension and Autoprice to generate report.

It’s a nice department here and people are nice here.

From now on, just write short blog.

Finish the Ajax photo page two days ago. Then go and rewrite the oop version of the trend map using evri.com. You can see one there.  It has similar functionality but better graphic design.

Also, hire a friend to do documentation. What a relief ….

Just read a posting to compare Joomla and Drupal.  I have install both for my development for a while.  The problem now is that I can’t really get the drupal going without some manual setup.  But I can get joomla 1.5 setup right away without hussel.  It takes me around 20-25 min to setup.  That’s one of the problem with Drupal.  By looking at this article, joomla seems to get an upper hand on their backend, and Drupal got an upper hand on their frontend for end user.  So, in his tone he said joomla might be better a bit.  I haven’t got a chance on trying Drupal.  So, I will write something on it later (Although my preference might go to joomla for future development).  But if you are planning on choosing and installing either one of the system.  You might the article helpful for you to decide.

The Post is here: http://www.topnotchthemes.com/blog/090224/drupal-vs-joomla-frank-comparison-ibm-consultant.  Take a look.

Today, we are putting our head into developing centralconnect site into joomla (check it here).  Also, we are trying to install Drupal, got into some problem.   First draft of Carefirstsenior.com’s two design visual templates and CMS Admin Area has been setup and reviewed.  Hopefully, our client will give us feed us soon.

Well, things are slow but seem in progress.  New Central Connect template is out but needs lots of content.  But take a look at the bottom.  Give me some comment.  Hopefully got time to make changes.

Welcome to Central Connect’s blog.  There is a lot of thing to connect together.  Once you connect, you want to interact.  Once you can interact, you want to create a community with the same kind.  Just like web 1.0 is for connecting, and web 2.0 is for building a community of a kind.

In this world, there are many things that connects us together.   Internet is a one of them.  I want to see how the internet, or the web connects us in what way, and how it isolate us from world in what way.

Although this blog should be a web development blog, but I should also think about how our development affects my clients and their target community.  I am not a sociologist, or a psychologist.  But what I interest is not design or develop a site for other people, or company.  What interest me is whether the design and development affect them in a way that benefit them the most.
